When you pay on our site, the transaction is totally secured. A little padlock appears at the bottom of your browser to indicate it to you. The banking information you provide then is encrypted and will never circulate in clear on the Internet.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the purchased product.

To modify your ShoesYourVintage password :

  1. Connect yourself to your account.
  2. Click on My Information on the right of the page.
  3. Let yourself be guided.

Important :

  • Be sure to include capital and small letters, special characters and figures or symbols, to secure your password.
  • The password must be at least 8 characters long.

If you wish to order an article, click on the button Add to cart on the detailed page of the product. Once your item is added to your cart, you can continue your searches until your cart contains all the items you wish to order.

You can check the content of your cart at any time by clicking on the icon cart on the top and right of all pages.

 

You can modify an item in your cart by following the following steps :

  • To remove an item from your cart, click onyour cart then on the cross on the left of the image of the product you wish to remove.

We are committed to answering you as soon as possible.

As far as possible, reimbursement is made by the means of payment that was used to order. (for example : Refund by bank card for payments made by bank card, Paypal for orders paid through PayPal online secured payment…)

The latter intervenes in a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of package in our depot.
